How ready is your fleet for 13 December?

A blank page is the slowest way to build an SMS
A safety management system under the Workboat Code is not one document. It is a register of arrangements: policies, responsibilities, procedures and review controls, each of which has to exist, be approved, and be evidenced in practice.
Most operators do not have a compliance department to hand it to, and the requirement cannot be deferred. Building and maintaining that register from scratch is slow, unfamiliar work.

Workboats rarely do one job. These add-ons sit on top of the platform and cover the commercial side of a particular service, alongside the SMS and operational records. They are in development; tell us which you need and we will keep you posted.

† About the December 2026 date
The 13 December 2026 date applies to vessels certified under Workboat Code Edition 3. Vessels still operating under earlier codes, and vessels moving onto Edition 3 at renewal, have their own timescales, and what is required varies with the vessel, its certificate and its area of operation. Confirm what applies to your vessel with your certifying authority.
To be clear about what TeamTrak is
TeamTrak is not a substitute for compliance. You remain responsible for your system. What TeamTrak does is make building and holding it a manageable piece of work, in the structure the Code expects.
Priced per active vessel, on quotation
The structure is fixed even though the figure is quoted. You pay per active vessel, for the whole platform on that vessel. Ordinary crew accounts carry no charge. Subscriptions have an initial 12-month term, with monthly billing or a 10% saving when you pay annually in advance. Help with setup or importing existing records is scoped and quoted separately from the subscription. Prices exclude VAT.
You pay for the vessels you are running. Additional vessels are priced progressively, so adding a boat does not jump you to a fleet tier.
All ordinary crew accounts and role-based access are included. There is no per-person fee.
Subscriptions run for an initial 12-month term. Pay monthly at the standard rate, or pay annually in advance and save 10%.
Self-service setup is included. Guided activation and record imports are quoted as fixed-scope work.
How a quote is put together
The number of vessels you are actively operating.
Whether you want monthly billing or annual prepayment, which saves 10%.
Any setup or import help you want scoped in, priced separately and agreed before it starts.
Vessels added mid-term are charged pro rata to your renewal date. Reductions take effect at renewal. Send the vessel count and you will have a written quote back, with no obligation.

The full web platform, with ordinary software and rule-pack updates.
All normal crew accounts and role-based access. No per-person fee.
Self-service setup, in-product guidance, documentation and product-support email.
Evidence storage, exports and controlled records under a published fair-use policy.
Read access and exports after cancellation, as set out in the retention policy.
Not included
Regulatory consultancy, authoring or approving your SMS, certifying the vessel, writing your risk assessments, surveys, legal advice, custom development and bespoke integrations. Those are either yours to own or quoted separately.
Optional one-off help
Setup is self-service and included. If you would rather be walked through it, these are fixed-scope pieces of work, quoted before they start.
Up to four hours across preparation, two remote sessions and follow-up. Configures your organisation, roles and first vessel and shows you the SMS workflow. It does not write or approve your safety content.
Up to 90 minutes guiding entry of one further vessel, per vessel.
One supplied CSV template, up to 250 rows, one agreed mapping and one validation cycle, per dataset. Further datasets in the same engagement are quoted at a reduced rate.
Scanned documents, unstructured files or integrations are assessed and quoted before any fee is committed.
