When a community has to respond to something, the same four questions decide how well it goes: who is available, what resources exist, what has been tasked, and what happened. TeamTrak Resilience is built to answer them while the incident is still running.
It is designed for the people who open the hall, check on neighbours and get a pump to the right street, working on a phone in the middle of it rather than on a laptop afterwards.

Where the product stands

We start at community level, below the big established systems rather than head-to-head with them, using a platform that was built inside real operations.
The same coordination the platform already runs every week for a rescue crew applies directly to a community response. Resilience is still in development, so you are not waiting on new software to be invented, only on the community version of it being finished.
Coordination software earns its next customer by being seen working in the last incident. Community, local authority, region: each level is a larger user base on the same core.

TeamTrak Resilience is still in development, so there is no published price. What we are doing now is talking to community response groups, resilience partnerships and local authority teams about how they work.
