Run the whole operation from one place
Crew, call-outs, equipment, training and records for search and rescue operations, in one place and on any device.
Designed around how a station actually runs
TeamTrak Rescue runs in a working lifeboat station, used by the crew for call-outs, training and equipment every week. Everything in it is there because a crew asked for it, and anything that got in their way was changed.
The result is a system that fits the way a station works, rather than one you have to work around.
Everything the station has to hold
One system of record, instead of radio, spreadsheets, paper and group messages pulling in different directions.
Call-outs and tasking
Who responded, when, and what happened, captured as it happens rather than reconstructed later.
Crew and availability
Availability and asset state visible before tasking, not guessed at during it.
Equipment and maintenance
Status, defects and maintenance held in one place, with a clear red/amber/green picture.
Training and currency
Completion and currency tracked per crew member, so gaps are visible before they matter.
Events and attendance
Exercises, fundraising and station events, with RSVPs and attendance recorded against them.
Weather, tides and briefing
Local marine conditions alongside the operational picture, where the crew already are.
Admin and governance
Expenses, documents and the station records that oversight depends on.
Peer support
A calmer, separate space in the app for the human side of volunteering in rescue.
Record-keeping as a by-product of running the station properly
The Rescue Boat Code applies by vessel type, use and declared-facility status: qualifying rescue boats under 15 metres operated for the public good, with all HM Coastguard declared facilities under 15 metres expected to meet it. Readiness, procedures, training, equipment awareness and record-keeping all have to be held in order.
Used consistently as the station's single system of record, TeamTrak captures crew, training, equipment, tasking and activity in the structure the Code expects.
Readiness
Crew availability and asset state visible before tasking.
Procedure
Consistent structure applied to routine and live activity.
Training
Completion and currency tracked per crew member.
Equipment
Status, defects and maintenance held in one place.
Records
Activity captured as it happens, not reconstructed later.
Oversight
A clearer basis for review before, during and after activity.
TeamTrak is not a substitute for compliance. It is a platform that supports the practical demands of operating properly within a code-aware rescue setting.
Built to be used at 3am
In operational settings, software must support the task, not become another task in itself. One clear status per row, progress read at a glance, short paths to the next action.
Crews use it on a phone at the station; oversight and administration are handled on a larger screen. Same records, either way.
The callout gets through, even on silent
A phone on silent is the oldest failure in volunteer paging. TeamTrak Pager is a separate app, on iOS and Android, installed alongside TeamTrak. When a callout goes out it overrides the phone's volume and silent switch and alerts loudly.
On iOS that uses Apple's Critical Alerts, the entitlement reserved for health and safety notifications, so once a crew member allows it the alert sounds through both silent mode and Do Not Disturb. The Android app does the same.
Going, Late or Not going, answered in one tap. The station sees who is coming before anyone reaches the boathouse.
It remains visible until the tasking is stood down, so nobody has to go hunting for what is still running.
Held in the app with the response you gave against each one.
Available with TeamTrak Rescue, Workboat and Resilience. Not publicly listed on the stores yet, so ask about access.
Priced per organisation, quoted on enquiry
One annual subscription for the whole organisation, scaled to the size of the station and the number of crew. Crew accounts are never charged per person, so recruiting volunteers does not increase the bill.
Per organisation
A single annual subscription covering the station, its crew and its records.
No per-person charge
Every crew member gets an account at no additional cost.
Scaled to your size
The figure reflects station size and crew numbers, not a fixed list price.
Quoted on enquiry
Tell us about the station and you will get a straight figure back, with no obligation.
Prices exclude VAT and are billed annually. Setup of crew, equipment and training records is something we help with as part of getting you started.
Built around rescue operations
Search and rescue teams are routinely bending general-purpose software to fit specialist operations, often at real cost in money and time. Tell us about your operation and you will get a straight price back, along with a walkthrough of the platform as it runs today.
